Shipping & Return Policy

  1. The products can be shipped only in Singapore. Please place your orders on our website for shipping within the Singapore.
  2. After you complete the checkout process, a confirmation page will show your order number with a summary of your transaction. We recommend you print and retain this to facilitate returns, and for any order related questions.
  3. You will receive an order confirmation email, provided that we have an accurate email address. Please retain this email and “REPLY” to it with the Order Confirmation information on it for making a return or for any order related questions or comments.
  4. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of which items have been sent, along with tracking information. For any questions related to this, please forward this email to theartisanhaat@gmail.com along with the details on the items you need assistance with.
  5. For orders placed on our website, we offer standard ground shipping via partners at a delivery fee of $4.
  6. For our international customers, order can be placed by direct messaging or emailing us at our given contacts. The shipment expenses  will be charged according to the destination country.

Tracking your Order

  1. Once delivery is arranged, a tracking number will be shared with you through which you can track your order.
  2. Most purchases are processed and shipped to arrive within 3-5 business days from the time of order placement. Once an order has been placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery time frame is 3-5 business days.
  3. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
  4. Your order will be sent with a packing slip of all the items included in the shipment. You must retain this and you will need to send a copy of the packing slip when you make a return.

Return Policy

  1. We only allow returns in case the the product delivered is defective or not as per the product description mentioned on the website.
  2. Returns due to change of mind will not be entertained due to hygiene purposes and also because this raises the cost of logistics.
  3. Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returned merchandise must be in perfect original condition and not have been used, laundered or altered in any way.
  4. When returning you must re-pack each individual item separately in its original packaging with the product label or in similar protective packaging to prevent any damage to the fine textiles. Please save the original labeled packaging and send that back with your return.
  5. You are eligible for refund only after The Artisan Haat receives the items and confirms they are in perfect resalable condition.
  6. All on sale and discounted items are considered final sale and no returns will be accepted.
  7. The Artisan Haat retains the right to refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met and we may ship it back to you at your expense.
  8. Original and return related shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part of sending incorrect items, defective or damaged items.
  9. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of a damaged package so we can resolve the matter with the carrier.
